We loved the peaceful location of the hotel, which was perfect for relaxation and walks from the gallery of mineral waters through the park into the city center. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel offered amazing health procedures with modern equipment that left us feeling rejuvenated. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, and the fresh fruits and vegetables were a great touch.
Absolutely nothing.

We loved everything about this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is great, just a 10-15 minute walk through a beautiful park to the mineral water gallery and the city center. If you're feeling lazy, there's even a free car service that will take you there three times a day. The staff here is exceptional, very responsible and kind, making us feel right at home. The hotel offers enhanced comfort with its spacious and clean rooms, equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also has a lovely terrace and garden area where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty.
This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was not up to my expectations. the restaurant seemed more like a prison cafeteria with lined tables and basic food. the location was in a quiet area, far from any attractions or city center. the rooms were outdated and basic, with minimal amenities and no daily cleaning. the staff were sometimes friendly but unhelpful when needed. the only positive was the view of the nearby gallery that could be reached by a short walk through a park.
The hotel lacked any facilities, such as a bar, bicycle rentals, and excursions, and even the Wi-Fi was barely useful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. The food options offered diversity and were delicious, served in large portions. The location was perfect, close to the city center and hot springs, giving us the chance to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.
The shower's water temperature was inconsistent, rapidly changing from hot to cold, which was a bit annoying. The warm dishes line during meal times was long, requiring a lot of patience and felt like being back in school.

The spa services were great and the pool area was very relaxing. They offer a lot of treatments that are a bit unconventional, which was interesting. the location is really convenient too. It's close to the airport and right in the middle of everything, so there's always something to do. Plus, the included breakfast was a nice touch.
The staff was a bit disorganized, which made it frustrating to communicate with them. They also seemed a bit overworked, which resulted in slow service.
